@west9883 Looks like a simple misfire. While you can't see the ejected case from the first shot, if it had failed to extract or eject, the gun would have not returned to battery for the second shot, and the hammer would not have fallen (you can hear the hammer fall when Tasha pulls the trigger the second time). When she clears the weapon, you can see the failed cartridge cleanly ejected.

Not the SCAR's fault, and even with match ammo you still get the occasional misfire.

I wonder what happened with that Scar's 2nd shot . Misfire, fail to clear, or what? If that happened to me, I'd be cussing the rest of the round since I'm shooting with a $2500 Scar and match grade ammunition. this was my first time watching a 3 gun competition. One long gun too many in my opinion. To each their own, i guess.

What happened to USPSA's rule about a match DQ for engaging steel less than 10 yards?....Did something change?....

Was that failure ammo or firearm on her second shot?
