I know it's easier with shoes on I was just messing around in my room. I know my heel stretch needs to be longer. My scorpian sucks, I know. Im currently working on it. My bow and arrow is...well good I guess? I just need to know what I can do to make me be better.

  • Would you guys read the description. There is a reason I put my arm in the back! Plus our coach said I could put it in the back.

  • My coach said since my back is screwed up that I can put it in the back. She said it can go either way but I know it looks better in the front. I will be working on it though :) Yeah, I would stretch my back but when I work it to much I wouldn't be able to do like anything ha. Thank you guys though.

  • try and kick up to your heel strth and hold it in the back o your foot and for your scorpion try and practice turning your arm back and grabbing it and then grabbing it with your second arm

  • your front flexibility is amazing! just try kicking up to your heal stretch and bow and arrow instead of grabbing and pulling(:

  • @lidwa752 her back leg on her scorpian doesn't HAVE to be straight but it can be. You have to have an extremely flexible back to do that which can take years to actually develop.
