Smart car whine or fault under throttle (WATCH IN HD)

WATCH IN HD ----- smart 2004 for two 600cc petrol, 30k miles, this is the fault with my smart car under load there seems to be a whine coming from the engine possably the turbo?? or diff or other area i am not sure if anyone has any ideas what this problem is let me no thanks

i found out the problem was with pipe connecting to the turbo, a simple jubliee clip was not tighten up correctly, in the end i have to tighten it up with a small socket instead of tighting it by hand alone which could not get it tight enough

you need to remove the back bumper to easly access the turbo pipe, it was very easy to fix, these cars are alone prone to cracked exhaust manifolds, luckly someone had changed mine recently
