Entry to the 2011 Google Science Fair.

We have found that the introduction of the 4 mouse Yamanaka factors (Klf4, c-Myc, Oct3/4, Sox2) to human fibroblasts using polyethyleneimine generated interspecies human iPSC colonies, which inherit the mouse iPSC-unique property of retaining pluripotency in Leukemia Inhibitory Factor.
