I have a wheaten scotty and she is 7 months. but she is absolutely evil for lack of better terms. she barks at me when i tell her no. i am the one who takes care of her, but i am also the one she tends to pick on the most. shes fairly nice to everyone else but me. though i know she loves me lol its a mother daughter realationship that we have. to bad she is defiant with everything i try to teach her lol

@Matthews2311 Yeah shes two years old now, and actually gets mad at me when i am gone to work and school all day. My mom's dog had puppies and I have my eye on one of the boys and man does she kno it. Watches me everytime I pick him up w/ the "ur a traitor" look. But loves on me early in the morning (only time) when she thinks I am sleeping. I couldnt imagine losing her so early to cancer and am sorry to hear u had 2. Hope u find another lil scotty soon :)

@screamingmean She owns you, Scotties are very independant and have a mind of their own, almost like cats. I just lost my Bonnie Lass to cancer, she was only 5, she would moan on a rainy day or when I took to long to get ready before her walkies, showed me where she wanted to walk, would put the breaks on when I turned another way. Came when I called, but with her ears down - as if to say - do I really have to?sadly missed will get another some day.

When I was a baby my grandma had a black Scottie called whisky and he ate all the leaves off the rubber plant in the hall way all he left was the stalk!!!!!! Bless him he is dead now died when I was small from a sheep tick which made it's way to his brain so he had real bad fits. My grandma was a Scottie breeder when I was little.
