@HomesteadingGirl What an awesome reaction - Love it. Scary to hear your child had shoulder dystocia. My firstborn had that too, but we were not so lucky as you. The midwife did not perform the appropriate manuevers and caused a brachial plexus injury to my daughter. We were in a hospital. It was very traumatic & a lifelong injury for my daughter. She's had 2 surgeries already and a third is scheduled in April. So glad your shoulder dystocia didn't turn out that way!!

Aww the little girl reminds me so much of Dakota fanning when she was a lil girl. The way she talks and open her eyes.. So cute lol look up on youtube Dakota fanning interview when she was like 7 or something on ellen they look somehow alike

@MadLainey The birth was a bit dramatic, toward the end. Our baby girl had Shoulder Dystocia, and was stuck. My midwives were FANTASTIC though, and everything ended perfectly. No complications whatsoever. Glad I didn't film though, lol! It wouldn't have been pretty. *Although* I do regret not taping my second home birth (we had a baby boy at home this past Spring). It could not have been more peaceful and perfect- really regretting not filming that one. It was beautiful.

@lilzebralover We named baby girl "Xia". It sounds like Zy-uh. It means "Glow of the sunrise." She was born at the very crack of dawn :)
