Talk to your Droid - How to use Android's/Droid's Speech to Text feature

Droid phones using Android have a built-in speech to text mechanism which lets you talk to enter virtually any field you would ordinarily type on your phone. This is an amazing time saver for texting, emailing, getting directions and most other applications on the phone. This short video introduces the feature, shows how to enable it and an example of using it for texting.

Awesome! Thank you SO MUCH! I knew my droid had this feature as every once in a while I'd accidentally hit "something" and was given the option to just talk to text. Like everyone else is saying, this option in NOT AVAILABLE on most phones. Is there a way to do this on phones that do not have a "voice input" option?
