@Bocist thanks for your answer but i still dont get how its an illusion i mean yeah i googled it and it said an auditory illusion is when you hear something that isnt present in the stimuli but i dont hear anything abnormal in this video

That was surprisingly creepy - I kept on wanting to open my eyes and look as I could "feel" the person behind me. Also I have a hard wood floor so the footsteps sounded real. Thanks for posting.
