Ever wondered how fast your tC can go, but your too chicken to find out yourself? Well wonder no more. (2007 5spd 19k miles)

Update: Decided I wanted something alittle more fun to drive and with AWD for the Colorado winter so I went out and bought at 2005 WRX Sti

  • 163 hp actually. and ive gotten mine over 130mph. no bs.

  • a 2007 japanse civic type R is has 225hp and 159lib-ft of torque compare to the usa spec Civic Si 197hp and 139lb-ft of torque. So of course the japanese civic is faster its the same engine but with more power. A rx-8 transmission theorically can take it up to 184mph but it has no power to reach there. Im sure that a modded civic si without the limiter can reach 160mph, but a stock I doubt it, unless drafting or going downhill.

  • only 980 miles on that car. lol

  • Buy a prelude in good condition and save your money an be just as fast. Waste of money

  • Damn that car is quiet

  • lolz yea that seems right, i know a kid who said his could go 193 and i was like yea in kph, but i knew it prolly only whent like 130, cause i can only get my celica up to 140 and thats with all my speakers and backeats out, so i knew somebody lied to him, i thought 150 tops and that was just a jenerous to make him feel better

  • @igOrEcK24 dude your stupid there are speed limits on every American highway and roadways, although in Germany there autobahn has no speed limits in spots.

  • how steady does she feel at that speed? floaty or nice and solid?

I'm debating between a new TC or an Audi TT. I rather get the scion for reliability and more aftermarket support. But high speed stability is a major factor and I know the Germans know all about that.

  • @intangibledc no it runs out of gears..i have a tc

  • @TRD05Tc or lack of power to overcome the wind resistance of 130mph

  • @JGA636 BTW the 2006 civic si coupe can go 157mph stock..

  • i got mine to about 132 mods k&N air filter and a straight back magna flow
