  • Wait a second, do you think the people on those forums have the "rights" to the clips (I'm sure NASCAR, IRL, etc. have lawyers who disagree with you)? Why is it OK for someone to post something from a TV Broadcast on a forum that you have to register for (and download each video) while it's "stealing" if someone takes those videos and posts them here?

    Isn't this a bit like a thief getting mad when his house is broken into?
