It cannot be left up to the party in power to investigate and qualify their own candidate. A Democrat majority in Congress could simply refuse to hold proceedings and thus continue to allow a President who has committed fraud to continue to rule. The courts cannot shy away from their duty to the American public. They need to hear this case, have expert witnesses examine the evidence and make a ruling.

I am outraged at this whole thing! How can we let Obama, who's acting like a dictator, stay in office??.. His guilt is overwhelming.
