The Career and College Transition program is a tuition-free academic upgrading program offered during the day to eligible learners 19 years or older. Funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, and the Government of Ontario, it prepares you for skills training courses, post-secondary programs or employment.

The average length of the program is 16 weeks and courses offered include communications, mathematics, computer literacy skills and career development/ employability skills. The learning environment is very supportive, and mentors work closely with you to develop training plans and help determine appropriate career and post-secondary goals.
