  • Well done Leo, you did us proud, I just love the way you pronounce it,,,,,

There are variations to cooking it (ie. each tribe - different vegs, spices and procedure), but all round, you cooked it the very 'guy' way, (ie. all together and wait for the finish product) which will inevitably turn out the way a 'female' will take her time and cook it step by step. lol..

    Real well done, thank you.

    Real well done

  • @MsEss2011 Thank you so much for your comments MsEss, I really appreciated them. Also thanks for your comment on my other video, it really brightened my day!

Being an amateur cook from far off Australia, my goal is to learn about the world and other cultures through cooking. All I hope is that I can do justice to each country's dish.

I knew Domoda was gonna be delicious when I saw one of the main ingredients was peanut butter, and delicious it was!

Keep checking back, and thanks once again!

  • Oh my god, I had actually forgot about this dish. Don't remember the pumpkin, though? Gotta make it now. Thanks for the tutorial.

  • I like Domoda b/c it is very simple and easy to cook once you know the ingredients and put the right amount.

  • Wow, a white guy cooking domoda. Cool lol... Oh and I never heard of putting pumpkin in it, but I guess you learn something new everyday. It looked really good at the end. How did you learn to make Domoda? Have you spent some time in Gambia?

  • You can cook for me anytime , my bf is from Gambia so I been researching a few dishes here and there to cook. I am hungry now lol , thanks for posting.

  • @TheGGJourney Don't mention it, I was really moved and have actually and will continue to spread the word about your blog.

As for the other video, I clicked on the picture as it looked to me of a Lebanese dish (I am partly Lebanese) which I love but never quite mastered it (stuffed vine leaves) I thought you made it a different shape as it usually fingered.

I just could not believe the audacity, you handled it pretty well, I just would have lost it, never mind, he's one in a million for sure.
