Even though Waylon Jennings" version of this song is great, the laid back style of Don Williams and the background singer make this version the best.

@bprife Hi, I DO so agree with you that Don is a very great singer...tone and expression...But I hate to tell you, but feel I must...or someone should...Don can absolutely not play guitar...hardly at all... I have played for over 40 years now ...and played pro for 20.... This does nothing to take away from his great singing ...but in my view...people should not fake it...ask ANYONE who you know plays guitar quite well..and they will know what I am saying is true.
