Daniel Day-Lewis Is in Spielberg's film 'Lincoln'

Two time Academy Award winner Daniel DayLewis will star as the 16th President of the United States in DreamWorks Studios' Lincoln to be directed by Steven Spielberg The announcement was made by Spielberg and Stacey Snider CoChairman and CEO of DreamWorks Studios

Based on the bestselling book Team of Rivals by Pulitzer Prizewinning historian Doris Kearns Goodwin the screenplay has been written by the Pulitzer Prize winner Tony Award winner and Academy Award nominated writer Tony Kushner It will be produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Steven Spielberg

It is anticipated that the film will focus on the political collision of Lincoln and the powerful men of his cabinet on the road to abolition and the end of the Civil War

I'd dissagree. Of any actor I can think of, Daniel Day Lewis would be the the best fit over anyone out there. You'd probably be hard pressed to find a very tall, ultra skinny actor better than Lewis. I've never seen anyone who quite looks like Lincoln as he was a pretty Unique looking fella. :)
