Clive F1 chausie barking

We finally managed to record Clive's bark. That's what we call his vocalizations for lack of a better word. As you may know, jungle cats and jungle cat hybrids do not meow like regular kitties. Now there's the understatement of the day.

sounds scary, my f 2 does that but he can purr quietly and meow like a regular cat. Can Clive meow and purr like a normal cat? My cat's is more high pitch he was neutered at 6-8 months i forget. The ending of Clive's bark sounds scary. wowowowarghhh... why do they do that? i always thought he was singing. it's funny i always mock the cats when they make a weird sound.

@ataintedfriend Clive has a hoarse meow that's rougher than a house cat's. He used to purr as a kitten every now and then, but doesn't now.
