  • @SeanMBryans - I never thought of Sue Ann & Mary as friends even though they were in the same social circle. What I liked about her introduction into the series is that the show finally had a character who didn't think Mary was all that.

Mary for her part tolerated Sue Ann's presence. Granted the two characters could be nice towards each other if need be, but I always thought of them as work accquaintances who hung out together from time to time.

Sue Ann added some much needed spice to things

  • @jazznut50 Not only watched TMTMS - Did a college paper on the show. I suppose you would know stupid people - The old adage - 'Take one to . . .' I'm sure you, with you intelligence aplenty, can finish the quote. BTW, thet are called opinions. I chose to opine - You chose to insult me. Who is the better person?

  • Wow, I wasn't expecting Ted to have such a good idea about how to improve your day to day routine. Just feel good about it? I'll have to try that...

  • @SeanMBryans What are you talking about? You entirely missed the way Sue Ann was a "foil" for Mary.

God, I didn't think stupid people would bother watching this show. Sorry, you don't get the Sue Ann character at all.

  • Sue An and Mry as friends just didn't work. Now her and Georgetta was believable. I guess they needed somebody to fill the Rhoda spot - But Betty White was not it. Not as the Nivens character - And the whole character did not fit into Mary's lifestyle. Too cheap and really Betty White overacts way too much. Sorry White fans - Only reason you like he so much is cuz shes OLD.

  • I would kill to live in an apartment like that.

  • @MsGoddessofDEATH is sense//@-14*2/4=7aka14/2=7 see the sense in the unimportance of a comment aka see the importance in the world without importance.

  • to routine..

  • Those were the days.. when your co workers gave a crap about you.

  • There is a good at the very end. The News Paper Blows up... Those people in the audience we're clapping up a storm !!
