it's not a spin. look carefully, it's less than a full rotation before striking the ball.

i always over powers it and flies over....

If you watch carefully, the ball bounces off the goalie bar. Thus to make the ball dive into the net, I actually would have needed to use less force. Also, I fully admit that scoring with that shot requires little skill and lots of luck.

Its not soccer - it a table game, so let it go. So don't play in the US and your life will be just fine.

2. soccer has 1 goalie, not 2 or 3.

3. sloped corners are to the defensemans advantage, not the forwards

4. ALL of europe plays 1-2-5-3, and only north american bullshit tables have any other formation, which is NOT standard, and NEVER seen in europe. i think that speaks for itself. Foosball is a european thing more so than it is north american.
