Onderland here you come!! You have done such a wonderful job. I didn't realize this process would be so slow but I won't complain. I am actually loving where this journey is taking me. You look fabulous!!

@CeeCeebanded Thank you for your kind words. It is a slow process. However, it has helped me transform, I think my next video will be about transformation. I did not want lose skin and I don't want another surgery so I am happy with the slow weight loss! It is a journey. Onward as BW would say.....

@evilqween76 awww! Thank you. Yes, the weight comes off slow. It isn't easy but your body will continue to change. All of us are different. Our bodies are different and we react differently. Key is how you feel. Get more restriction if you need it, work out or walk more, chose food differently. Mental and physical adjustments. I will pray for you! Keep up the motivation!

@bandedwendy Thanks Wendy. I am coming to LA in August. I will PM you if you are around. Plan to do the Santa Monica steps, Runyon and Palisades while I am out there. I need to do a video on the inner transformations we go through as well. I am the best woman I have been in a long time. Feels good! You look great too
