  • Nice set up.... rex rabbits are one of my favorites they are so soft and taste so dang good...:)

  • @JRSKICK1 We've only harvested the two baby boys so far and they are yummy! My adult doe is being a difficult re-breed, she's due to kindle any day now so we'll see...

  • @raintogreen O wow can you hear that?!!!! "WE WANT UPDATE" ... " WE WANT UPDATE!!!!" :-)

  • @JRSKICK1 Hilarious! LOL!

A new video to come soon, she just kindled this morning! I was waiting until she "delivered the goods" so to speak.

  • nice rabbits, how do you deal with the weather with those kind of cages?

  • @u78n The cages are so sheltered they don't get hit by wind, rain or snow. The only thing we have to worry about is temperatures in the low teens, for that we have a large blanket that we cover the front of the hutch with. Then they are all snugged up and do just fine. The real killer for rabbits is heat, since they can't take their fur coat off in the summer time. This location is protected from direct sunlight too, which helps keep them cool.
