Do kettle bell swings with 15 pounds do it around 40-60 swings and with 30 pounds till it starts to burn then do wahts it called jump up then pushup but yeah then do 40 those omg hard but do that then do some crunches and tehn do the russian twist and repeat and also if yah can run and skip there yah go holly shitt!!! and do pushups somewhere in this too and maybe some shadow boxing and it will show results!!!
didnt say this burns fat u gotta do cardio and anything ur moving alot does like tae kwon do kicing i do that and its good for abs uhm also i dont think just because somebody gto abs they are under 12% w/e cause on thehuman diagram it sais its healthy for u to have abs and also plank and crunches jsut something better then doing this :P i can send u some videos and i also found a 12 week program :P
