  • I love this! I dance to this like 4 times a week and then I do another workout video after ward's to get my hour of fitness and damn am I pouring sweat by then, but after a few days (for me that is) my abs started getting toned! :'D

  • Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend got ripped Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • Am I the only one that doesn't think this is REALLY belly dancing? They are not bad dancers by any means, but I just didn't get that fluidity and isolation that I see in other belly dancers, just my thoughts...
