I love her smile.. I bet people in her entourage had a good day if they were having a bad day, just by being with Selena. She seems to make a cloudy day, seem clear and sunny. I have to agree with one of the comments made on here as well that it really does break my heart to see her laugh and touch the person who took her life. I just can't believe how someone could have the heart to harm someone like Selena... I could never understand

till this day i still cant believe she's gone , i found out about her when i was young but i know all her songs and i still love her so much and i would kill to go back in time and see her live at concert , she was so young and didnt deserve what she got at all

@touchofsummer1 It's not fair to compare Selena's version to the original because this remake wasn't meant to be sung the way the original was. The original was in a very high key but this remake was made with a more mainstream R&B sound. Selena's voice fit in perfectly.

while it is true that selena's voice is not high enough doesn't make her a bad singer. Her voice is just beautiful , its quite husky, sexy and its really magical. Everytime i listen to her music, it feels like i am in another time and place. I just cant explain

That's a very awful thing to say!! Just because her 'Boy Like That' didn't live up to your standards of West Side Story, no one deserves to lose their life in such a terrible way. This was just Selena's interpretation of the song. She clearly must have been a fan of West Side Story for her to even do this song. Sometimes you don't like the way she made the song. You either love it or hate it.
Regardless, Selena was an amazing musician. I personally like her touch to the song.
