Mr. Andrew S. Natsios has served in a number of state and high level federal government positions. From 2001 to 2005 he has served as Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and is also on the faculty of the Georgetown University. As of 2006, he is the Special Envoy to Sudan, focusing specifically on Darfur. He is also the author of two books: U.S. Foreign Policy and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
In this interview Natsios discussed the importance of management skills as applied to international development as well as federal government service.
