@LordHollow MvC2 came into EVO in 2000, the Hype then was big, trust me i was there, it only got bigger through the years, MvC3 does have hype, but not as much as MvC2

and MvC2 cant be replace, 10 years of Hype can never really be replaced, and now your saying that a game that was supposedly going to be balanced to it's fullest and a new era in the verses series, is going to replace MvC2. Not likely, people said that MvC2 was super broken, but that's what made it fun,

in MvC3 you are "limited".

@1flame3 Not a matter of trusting you. I was there. MvC2 didn't get to Marvel Hype status until the last 3-4 years of it's life. Marvel 3 has (let's just say) Half that hype in it's first year. Provided Ultimate is accepted, how can it not be bigger hype than MvC2? MvC2 hype, just like anything else, can be replaced. To believe it can't means the entire FGC will will potentially be stuck in the distant past. I refuse to believe that.

@LordHollow The characters are viable in ways that correspond to each other, meaning they are almost too balances.

The only character i can say is not balance from the rest is sentinel, one rocket punch gives a shit load of damage.

X factor in my opinion is stupid for strong character like sentinel or dormammu.

The hype isn't really that big, probably only cause it's a "New Marvel vs Capcom".

MvC2 had hype to its fullest, nothing will replace it, trust me.
