@AstroNinja3000 I am not racist at all. It is a proven fact that whites can get better careers, sociology backs this up. It is call institutionalized discrmination. Because of widely held negative stereotypes of minorities, blacks are looked down upon in many aspects of society. A white man and a black man can go into a bank to get a loan, guess which one research says will be more likely to get the loan?
