  • @francisGish A valid question. I won't go as far as to say you have a "point", because you failed to provide a causal link between diet and low average age at which our ancestors die. In your defense: most of this "our ancestors did x and y" is educated guess work at best, and there's no reason to assume that the diets of our ancestors were optimal for their bodies, let alone our own.

  • I find it funny that people say that 100 000 years ago people ate this and that.. They died before 30 on average.

  • Mate you are doing it wrong, if you want to drop kilos, you need a high fat moderate protein diet. That means things like sausages(sugar free), eggs, bacon, cheese, butter. Of course you need to add in the non starch veggies as well. Fat is actually okay when you are restricting carbs because your body and brain use it for energy when carbs are not available.

I wanted to say its a great video ! :) And am not eating meat anymore because of the lack of protein campare to proteinshakes , its like 28 grams and thats about 125 gram of chicken. And i get a clean colon when not using to much food on my diet. Iam trying to be over 1500 kcals, I got a question about calorie shifting ? does that work or is it a scam ? Why does the biggest loser contestens only consume 1250 cals a day and still losing fat. Iam muscler , but i need to lose some
