WOW!!!! that is sooo cool!!!! what is that type of split at the start of the video called??? Thats if it has a name!!!!! it looks awesome!!!!!!! XD

@flippyprincess Thank you :) The one at the very beginning (0.00 - 0.02) is called a needle scale. It's definitely called that if you have both legs straight, but since mine was bent I'm not sure if the name changed... but I'd say needle scale. :P

Hey great job!! Iv been overstretching today and didn't do very good. But I'm getting better and I got closer to my splits!! LoL so i have a question!!! If u start doing this will I be able to do a scorpion? Because I can't right now, I just need to be more bendable. Well thanks and if someone knows a answer to my question plz MSG me at anyyyy time!

@psychojoker131 Thank you :) The definition of scorpion always changes, but I'm guessing this time you mean a needle scale/back catch? Oversplits are definitely helpful but you also need back flexibility, so I'd recommend working on both. ^^
