The Official Theatrical Trailer of The Last Airbender finally here!

n a world where the elements Water, Earth, Fire, and Air can be controlled by people known as "benders", the Fire Nation is waging a ruthless, oppressive war to control the other great nations. The only hope for stopping the brutal war rests on the shoulders of a reluctant young boy named Aang (Noah Ringer). The last known survivor of the peaceful Air Nomads and the Airbenders, Aang is the Avatar. The Avatar is the physical re-incarnation of the world, with the power to manipulate all four elements and draw upon the power, knowledge, and experiences of the Avatar's previous incarnations. The Avatar is responsible for maintaining balance between the four nations of the world and the spirit world, hence keeping the balance of the world. Aided by a protective teenage Waterbender named Katara (Nicola Peltz) and her brother Sokka (Jackson Rathbone), Aang begins a perilous journey to restore balance to their war-torn world. Standing in their way are the Fire Nation's Admiral Zhao (Aasif Mandvi) and Prince Zuko (Dev Patel), the banished prince of the Fire Nation who seeks to capture Aang to regain his honor.

I can live with the fact that most of the actors are not asians but zuko not having a scar?

i am a big fan of the cartoon...just my favourute movie and the that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to wait so long! In germany it came out on 19th august!!!!!!!!!! Katara you rock!!!!

@ransac16 zuko has a scar its just more relistic. in real life a burn on your eye woundent be a big red mark. it would be more dark in your skin and there are two goods shots of it. At 1:08 his entire left side of his face is darker than the rest of his face. and at 1:04 if you pause at the right moment you can see the scar more on the left side of his face than directly on his eye. Aangs aroow is like that because if they did just a abig blue solid aroow it wound look fake and dead on camera

ok, first, WTF?! Zuko is legendary for his scar! where the hell is it?! And second, looks like this won't be the full series in one movie, as the battle they keep showing might be the one in the North Pole and not a screw up of Sozin's Comet. And why did they have to change Aangs arrow?

The movie look really cool. I am excited. Although I haven't seen any goofy Aang moments... I just really hope they don't leave out the fact that Aang is at heart a goofy, fun loving kid, who likes riding animals, doing spinning marble tricks, and riding down mail delivery chutes.

...And they BETTER not forget the crazy Avatar fanboy who foams at the mouth at Kyoshi Island!! =)
