  • @ibpointless2 In the early 1990's individuals were asking 'who will ever need a 1GB hard drive'

    A 1TB chip is not that much data storage. However when you are getting into a 1 Petabyte (1024 TB) then you are aproaching a sizeable memory capacity

  • @d3mon776 No actually the 1 TB chips were introduced into the mainstream at a price comparable to the (then) standard SD card
