We don't think there's been enough discussion of the Superdelegates yet in the political zeitgeist. 795 individuals running around with the electoral power of 8 MILLION of the rest of us ordinary slobs. Does that sound DEMOCRATIC to you?
So we decided to dedicate our first cartoon to the radical proposition that all delegates should be endowed by their constituencies with inalienable responsibilities, among them, fairness, democracy and the pursuit of transparency.
We're calling on Democratic Party leaders to fundamentally overhaul or abolish the Superdelegate system. Check it out and sign the petition here:

We know that Barack has bought them.

Super delegates appear to have completely abrogated their responsibility by ignoring the popular vote getter and ignoring primary vote winner and by ignoring the voters in FL and MI and by reallocating delegates in order to create an illusion that a completely unqualified and ignorant sap is the winner of the nomination process. HRC is the only one who can win in Nov, restore the econ, and get us out of Iraq. Vote HRC.

The Superdelegates aren't going to over-rule the will of the people. They're there to ensure that we don't nominate a totally unelectable candidate and both of the present candidates are totally electable. The only way they'd over-rule the candidate is if the primary voters chose someone like Ron Paul!
They also have a duty to counter-balance malicious voters. If Rush Limbaugh tells all of his listeners to vote for a joke candidate, someone needs to serve the interests of the Democratic party.
