@WickedMo13 Letting children run around the streets in hope they will get struck by vehicles is an unfortunate tradition in the Latino community. I had a friend (a bus driver) who killed a 3-year old while driving a school bus. He too was Latino and knew the 3-year old he hit was the parents meal ticket. They all but threw him in front of my friends bus. Also porn star Mike Surewood hit a Latino child in the Valley a few years back and is doing time for it. The kid "walked" behind his car.
