  • Dark leafy greens are a healthier choice for getting your calcium intake - especially if you're doing it to help with PMS symptoms. Dark leafy greens do amazing things for women's bodies. The vitamin K in greens can be responsible for lighter periods and fewer PMS symptoms too. Far better for you than the health drawbacks that drinking milk can cause.
