  • kovalev fires...SCORES , KOVALEV HAS WON THE GAME , on that BULLET SHOT , and the canadiens are up 2-0 , another of cole's legendary quotes

  • Another great call by Bob Cole, let's hear either Jim Hughson, Gary Thorne or Doc Emerick top THAT!!!

HNIC/CBC's coverage of The Stanley Cup Finals will never be the same without both Bob Cole AND Harry Neale calling it.

Fuck ABC/ESPN, NBC and Versus in the ass!!! They will never beat HNIC/CBC's legendary coverage, and oh yeah, their intemission shows here in the States can't even come close to "Coach's Corner" with Don Cherry and Ron McLean!!!

  • @AK47Music Doc is better than Bob Cole, and it's not even close man

  • which pixel is kovalev??

  • Bob Cole is a prick!!

  • Tim Thomas is a big baby!

  • never forget this <3

  • I couldn't have said it better. He was an exasperating player to watch. His potential was limitless but his brain was limited.

  • Habs up 2-0 in a series=bad thing. When they've done that going back to 1996, they're a combined 3-14 in the following games in that series. Ghastly! They recovered to win in 2008 but blew three of the others, two being with 4 straight losses (96 vs. Rangers, 06 vs. Carolina) and three home losses in there. Bell Centre has great atmosphere but is the antithesis of the Forum for playoff success. Something about old buildings was harder to play in. Modern ones are all the same unfortunately.

  • @dzanier Kovalev is what you'd get if you created a Mario, Gretzky or Jagr clone in a lab but made sure to give them the bare minimum amount of brains, heart and drive. Kovalev did not use those for even 25% of the games he played in the league. Had he given twice the effort, he would've been a Hall of Fame player for sure. Was the Habs biggest gamebreaking forward since Naslund probably, but didn't bring it enough. Oh well, still owned that Montreal crowd in the palm of his hand.

  • @ElvarSlayer Did you see him after he left? He was awful with Ottawa then the Pens. I think the phrase should be "Why did he leave us?" It seemed he took his ball and went home. Ottawa offered him less per year but an extra year so he took it. He left Montreal over that!? Then he spent the next season pining for Montreal, saying to the media how he'd miss playing there and how much he loved the town. Could've done the right thing and retired a Hab but sulked and put contract ahead of his heart.

  • Wait why did we let go of an awsome player? sorry i just started to watch hockey.
