  • Hershel Walker doesn't eat breakfast and look at him. Just because a person doesn't eat breakfast, he doesn't want to talk to them? What kind of shit is that? Everybody is different and he is being very close minded. I myself stopped eating a full breakfast (maybe a simple protein shake or just a fruit) and my performance has never been better when I hit the gym. I do more than just lift weights, I do plyometrics, isometrics, conditioning, cardio. But I do make sure I have a post shake aftr

  • fat boi had to many protein shakes

  • young athletes don't need protein powder. they really don't comment me if you want to know more.

  • instead of poweraid, you shuld invest in carb up, its a sugar form of carbs, and served as a supplement, it tastes nice in addition to your protein
