This plane isn't so ugly for me. With its much more usefull internal area than normal 747, this plane couldn't be slightly redesigned to have better aerodynamic and two floors as the Airbus A-380 and be used to transport passengers ?

It isn't the "old Air Force One"; the plane is a new 747 made especially to be flown to Taipei for modification to the LCF. See that white section? That's the section which will be removed for the new freight section.
