A Wizard using Wave of Force (http://www.diablowiki.net/Wave_of_Force) runed. "Explode a wave of pure energy that repels projectiles and knocks back nearby enemies. This also slows the movement of enemies by 50% and deals 205% weapon damage as Physical."

Note: These are recorded using the beta emulator server so this may not be how the skill and its rune effect end up in the final retail version of the game. This is also why the monsters aren't attacking.

@Grug16 I don't know why that would possibly matter. it isn't like you can see the skills in actual use. You just see what different runes do to what the skill looks like.
