I was reading something that the knees should be brought up together....I don't do that, my kick i similar to yours, though not as strong. I'm only 5'9 so I don't get as much torque

all of you guys are making me feel so slow... I have a 1:26 in LCM... (i'm 13) i'm just glad that i made JO's (junior olympics)

next year, i'm gunning for a 1:24.19 for the Zone time! :]

im 13 and my PB is a 1.12sc (meters) and 1.14lc

you were good, better than me, i quit when i was 17, and started all over again last year (im 21 now). your videos really help!
