Ghost Hunters - Image appears during playback. What is this?

Could someone please explain to me what this might be? I saw this during playback of a Ghost Hunters episode, and initially I thought it was part of the show (ie: they would find/comment on it during the "Reveal"), but they did not. Then I thought it might be a "swipe" between scenes, and that they inserted this image, but i have not seen this repeated on any other episodes of GH.

I have scoured the web, and even emailed the Sci-Fi Channel about this, but so far, i have come up empty. I don't want to go calling this "paranormal" as i am merely trying to find a logical explanation to this.

Sorry for the crappy video. I'm unable to pull the video off of my DVR and convert it, so i had to take a video with my camera.

EDIT: I just noticed that this image appears right after a TAPS member asks, "Is there anyone here that would like to speak with us."

That is weird, I wonder why no one will respond to you? Maybe some glitch in the programming, it is weird that it came up at that time.

I'm not sure. It's frustrating because i'm anxious to find out what it is. I emailed GH and asked them to take a look too but haven't had a response from them as of yet

It doesn't look like a real person, plus I don't think the a ghost would choose to manafest itself infront of the camera isntead of the team

isn't that one of the faces they always play between.. when they chance the location/scene? sometimes it's a bonehead or a white baby or sth like that

they usually do that cause i watched an episode that they were in a prison and they did the same thing but with red eyes it was creepy
