The US has cut marginal income tax roates 4 times. Coolidge, Kennedy, Reagan, W Bush. Each time the The government has received more tax revenue. Its a fact.

And another point. Taxes are like crap, it rolls down hill. People who make things and own companys that sell things pass on the excessive taxes that government throws at them and attaches is to the price of the good or service which they sell.

Thats how it works. So when legislate tax the rich, it hits the consumer

She totally contradicts herself by saying at the beginning of the clip that the way to stimulate the economy was through creating demand by giving people money by spending tax payers money. Then she says that tax rebates are no good compared to infrastructure spending. 1/3 of the stimulus was tax rebates (They said tax cuts, but it was rebates, Obama didn't cut taxes, he created a bunch of new ones.) Taxes haven't been cut since 2003.
