Damn she looks good. Interior is realy smooth. I never knew that the sidemirrors where different from eachother?

Thanks for the compliments! Actually, both side mirrors are the 1967-style rectangular type. When I watched it again it did appear that one appeared round from a certain angle.

Hi,
How long did it take to restore?
Thanks,
Nate

Hey man. It took a couple of years all told. I had expected to rebuilt the drivetrain and drive it as I restored the body but that proved unfeasible. I ended up taking the whole thing apart and putting it back together - not easy. This was my 1st restoration so I took a course in auto body to learn the basics. I still had it professionally painted as that's one thing I'm not comfortable doing myself!

sure is a nice looking car is that the 289?

Many thanks! It's actually a 302 (which I like to call a stroked 289 - the blocks are identical) putting out 373hp & 340ft-lb.
