  • You are a very good person. It shines through in your videos. I am also going through benzo withdrawal. Thanks for sharing. Keep improving.

  • do you have any tips on what to do when having attacki cardia? (panic attack)

  • @grunge1945 - Nice point. Feel free to check out my channel

  • @grunge1945 Not really.

  • Thank you again! You're awesome!

  • i feel that all fears go back to an ultimate fear of death... once you defeat a fear of death, you have nothing to fear.

  • You have to get into the habit of taking a more hands-on approach to work and housework. When you get into this melancholy depressed feeling, you feel like you either want to do nothing or be perfect with everything. Then these feelings start to come on. You reach an age when you dwell upon the past and begin to worry about the future, and begin to lose purpose and focus in the present. I heard on the radio recently that you have to take one day at a time.

  • Sorry. The last message got cut off. It has been forever since you've updated. I hope you're good though. I'm interested in what is going on in your life now. Anyways, I do think you should try to get yourself together more before trying to get in another relationship. I do think you'll eventually find someone if you don't give up hope. Oh yeah, and about the therapist thing.... therapists don't know everything. They can give cliche advice, but most still don't understand different situations.

  • Glad you're doing better than your last video. Sorry you're going through such a tough time with your condition on top of it. You seem like a sweet guy. You definitely deserve someone understanding of your situation. It is hard to find that. I've given up on trying to find a relationship with my disability. There's just so much bad in my life, and people don't seem to be able to handle it or understand. I was born with a rare disease called Multiple Pterygium Syndrome. Hope you're good!

  • Good. Very good. It's awesome to hear that things are looking up.

  • So good to see you, Brian.

    Nancy (marakka)

  • You will end up just fine I think. You are so young. I get the heart palptations also and the loss of appetite. You're so young. I also decided to stop seeing my therapist cause mine wasn't working for me either cause she kept wanting me to keep re-hashing my fears. She couldn't even pronounce agoraphobia. Can you believe that?

  • FIVE stars! Best wishes to you!
