  • Unfortunately I don't think so. It's a all or nothing from what I can see. You could although select portions of the video and re-encode them or save them at a different framerate, and hopefully put them back together afterwards. Virtualdub is a low level video editing/cutting and encoding. For more stuff you may be better off with a different program. Might look into AVISynth, it may do what you want better.

  • Happy to do so Nancy :) Any further questions or requests and i can show you. As a note, although there is probably software to do speedup sections, you can do it with virtualdub & SmackerTools. But it takes a little more background work to get it right.

  • can i sync different parts of the video? or does it sync it all at once? b/c i have some videos that slowly go out of sync so i need to sync parts of it D:
