The Writing Center at SJSU recently put on an event with Horace Mann Elementary School. The students were able to participate in writing workshops and learned about writing and grammar techniques. The program was created to give Horace Mann Elementary school students a chance to experience SJSU at a young age, with the hope that they will be more interested in attending college after they graduate from high school.
