Trust me, Racine was not like this in the 80's. I remember good times from juneteenth day to the 4th July parades. Crime probably increased because racine is not like a metro city, it's more like a city for retirement. When there's no good jobs, people act out. Get some sense and move instead of keeping up mess. Thing aren't going to change taking out frustration on your situation, move dummies.

I lived in Racine for 3 years! Never so glad to leave a place!! Everyone drives like idiots, lots and lots of crime. Racial unrest at all time high!!!
