This is Colombia, where every salsa party has a roaming drug delivery person. This one wasnt doing his job very well, just standing like that.

Yeah, it's a shame he was standing there but then again why shouldn't he stand there. He has a good view of the dancing. Maybe someone should've asked him to move politely. Maybe he didn't know there was a video being shot or that he was in the way. But I think he's lonely and waiting for a partner.

Too bad that dude was standing there in the middle of the screen the whole time. Couldn't he find a seat and get out of the way of the dancing? Thanks for posting the video.
