  • i think its a good st up with the feeding and the indoor kennelss but what happens if a dog gets a cramp inside the cage ??????? their well looked after doh

  • All racing greyhounds have grown up in a kennel and, normally, until age 3-5, they stay there until they become a house pet..they are used to the cage. All of them are taken out, 3 times a day to relieve themselves, socialize with the other dogs, and play. Any idiot that says muzzles are abuse obviously have no clue. Greyhounds have a very thin coat and when get crowded in large groups, they tend to nip at each other. They are quite comfortable with their crate and used to wearing a muzzle

  • @jacksonlover92 I now see that this guy has way too many dogs for them to be all properly attended to and is running a business over making money from dogs racing. I am largely opposed to this. You are right.

  • @jacksonlover92 No i do not think its ok for a dog to "live" in a kennel but i do think its ok and actually good for a dog to sleep in a kennel during the night. What is done in the morning I have no idea since I have not visited this establishment. If dogs are living in the kennel all day long and not being taken out, given play time and socialized then I do not think this is appropriate at all and yes THAT would be cruel.

  • @EShafiroff Do you think this is okay when dogs live in a cage?

I think this is shit! I have a Whippet and he live with me in the house as a family member! This is ANIMAL CRUELITY!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @jacksonlover92 there is nothing in the video that shows any indication of cruelty. It is cruel to abandon or kill a dog after a race or over-exert. It is not cruel to put a dog inside a kennel. A lot of dogs are put in kennels to sleep. I have no knowledge of what goes on at this place but to say this is cruelty when nothing cruel has occured is outright insane.

  • BlackQuarterhorse...NOT BAD,,are you kidding me. They only show what they want you to see...Do you think that dog laying on its back,,,wanted to go into that FFFING CAGE...NO... This whole industry is a DISGRACE..and it needs to be stopped...How about look on line,,at all those Greyhounds that cant race,,what happens to those,, what happens to the ones who do..look how they spend the first four years of their life,,

  • DISGUSTING<,, Im glad they are closing... Who the hell says they were born to run,,BULLSHIT... How the hell would you like to spend all those hours in a damn cage,,IDIOTS..thats what you are........

  • @ratsmakemesmile The muzzles are actually a good idea for greys. They have very thin skin that can tear and cause serious injury to the hound. They tend to get quite nippy when playing and in large groups, so it's a good idea to muzzle them if they have a tendency towards this behaviour. It's also a good idea to muzzle them when they're meeting other pets, especially smaller ones like cats. It's recommended with newly adopted ex-racers that they be muzzled for such instances.

  • i hte the muzzel its sad and cruel
