Marvin Anderson Speech at 2009 MAIP Awards Luncheon

Marvin Anderson served fifteen years in prison for a rape he did not commit. His innocence was finally proven in 2001 when a DNA test secured by the legal guidance of Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project Board Member Paul Enzinna proved his innocence and implicated another man. In 2002, Marvin was finally released when VA. Gov. Mark Warner gave him an unconditional pardon.
