Your singing is affected. Use genuine emotion. If you're not really in the mood to do the song or you don't feel it, then choose another time to record or don't do it at all.

You should put the original chords on this, because you're one of the very few who has the voice to do this song. I would drop the hoarse voice though and just sing it normal because it sounds forced. It shows in the higher bits.

Same lyrics, chords.. but totally different song! Way more melancholic than the original one, but I still like it a lot.
Something forces me to press that play button again and again. Incredible voice, awesome rendition. Great job!
What to improve here? I'd make it B&W instead of sepia. And maybe change your outfit to something less sporty = without zipper(s).
(you already improved in your later videos).
