@redbar1mb Its not impossible as you dont breathe out from your lungs while you breathe in through your nose. As you blow out you fill your cheeks with air and then squeeze the air from your cheeks while you breathe in through your nose. As you get better you can start to get little tiny short breathes in on tiny movements of your cheeks or even by flicking your tongue forward to push a little bit of extra air out your mouth without using your lungs.

He's pretty good, but look up more vids cuz there are waaaay better out there. he's an excellent circle breather but I've heard kids that sounded like fast paced techno!

@mark87a thats exactly right, I learned to do this after trying unsuccessfully for months, then reattempting it while on Ketamine, haha. I felt like a giant frog and my lungs were like wind sacs, coolest feeling ever. Been able to circle breathe ever since.
